产教融合视域下高职学生工匠精神培养

摘　　要：现代工匠精神是高职教育发展的重要精神内涵,而产教深度融合是促进高职教育发展的重要途径。因此,在分析高职院校学生现代工匠精神培养存在问题的基础上,提出具有针对性和可操作性的建议和措施,从而唤醒学生自身对现代工匠精神养成的重视,从根本上使高职院校在产教融合为引领的教育背景下焕发新的生机与活力。The spirit of modern craftsman is an important spiritual connotation of the development of higher vocational education,and the deep integration of industry and education is an important way to promote the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students,this paper puts forward targeted and operable suggestions and measures,so as to awaken students'attention to the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit,and fundamentally make higher vocational colleges glow with new vigor and vitality under the educational background led by the integration of industry and education.
