摘  要:应用职业仓分析法获取的职业岗位核心能力要素指导船舶生产设计课程建设,可以使职业教育人才培养更好地适应职业岗位需求。为此,从课程教学目标的确定、教学载体的选择到教学项目的开发都基于对职业岗位核心能力的分析。实践表明,应用职业仓分析法来指导课程建设与实践,能使人才培养更加适应工作岗位的要求。Applying the core competence elements of professional post obtained by occupation warehouse analysis method to guide the course construction of ship production design can make the training of vocational education talents better meet the needs of professional posts.Therefore,this paper is based on the analysis of the core competencies of professional post to determine the teaching objectives of the course,select teaching carriers,and develop teaching projects.Practice shows that the application of the career warehouse analysis method to guide the construction and practice of the curriculum can make talents training more suitable for the requirements of the job.
