基于五行学说的康养景观营造研究

摘　　要：为解决现代人健康问题的不断出现,慢性病不断的“年轻化”,亚健康人群的不断增加。文章通过对五行学说和康养景观的研究,分析康养景观的形式、植物的康养作用等,并结合相关案例进行分析总结和归纳。推导出具有中国特色养生文化的康养景观营造式,形成中国特色康养景观“基本款”。并将其应用到实际场地的设计当中,从而加强对此营造式的理解。该“基本款”满足预防、缓解、治疗常见的慢性病,维持机体健康要求。In order to solve the modern health problems, chronic diseases are getting younger and the number of sub-healthy people is increasing.Through the study of the five elements doctrine and the rehabilitation landscape, the article analyzes the forms of rehabilitation landscape, the rehabilitation effects of plants, etc., and summarizes and summarizes the analysis with relevant cases.The rehabilitation landscape design with Chinese health culture is derived to form the "basic model" of Chinese rehabilitation landscape. It is also applied to the design of the actual site to enhance the understanding of this style.This "basic model" meets the requirements of preventing, alleviating and treating common chronic diseases and maintaining the health of the body.
