摘　　要：由于地方高校人才培养和行业需求存在脱节等问题,导致地方高校专业学位研究生的培养无法真正实现为地方经济发展服务.南阳师范学院现代园艺“蔷-微庭院”实践创新与科技服务平台以河南省月季种质创新与栽培技术工程研究中心为依托,发挥植物学科人才优势,结合行业龙头企业,以月季工程中心的研究为建设导向,选择“月季相关产品的开发”为主要研发方向;构建集观赏园艺科技创新、示范推广和人才培养于一体的科技服务平台;用以促进生物技术与工程领域专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养,提升月季品质,提高月季产业的竞争能力,全方位服务地方经济、行业发展.Due to the disconnection between talent training in local universities and colleges and the industry demand,the training of professional degree postgraduates in local colleges and universities cannot really serve the development of local economy.Relying on Henan Province Engineering Research Center of Rose Germplasm Innovation and Cultivation Techniques,Nanyang Normal University’s modern horticulture“rose micro courtyard”practice innovation and technology service platform gives full play to the advantages of plant talents,combines the industrial advantages of leading enterprises,takes the research of Rose Engineering Center as the construction guidance,and selects“the development of rose related products”as the main research and development direction,which is used to promote the cultivation of practical innovation ability of graduate students in the field of biotechnology and engineering,improve the quality of Chinese rose,improve the competitiveness of Chinese rose industry,and comprehensively serve the development of local economy and industry.
