榆耳、桑黄天然复合防腐剂的研制

摘　　要：榆耳和桑黄均为食药用菌,其子实体水提物具有抑菌活性。本文测定了2种水提物在不同浓度条件下对于常用腐败菌大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉的抑菌效果,确定榆耳、桑黄天然复合防腐剂最佳配比为:榆耳水提物20 mg/mL、桑黄水提物20 mg/mL;复合防腐剂最小抑菌浓度为25%。该天然复合防腐剂具有抑菌谱较广的优点。The aqueous extracts of both of Gloeostereum incamatum and Sanghuangporus sanghuang,known as edible and medicinal fungi,have antibacterial activity.The antibacterial effects of two aqueous extracts at different concentrations on commonly spoilage bacteria,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Penicillium candidum,was determined.It showed that the natural compound preservative with best antibacterial effects,having 25%MIC and the advantage of broad antibacterial spectrum,could be composed of 20 mg/mL of both of Sanghuangporus sanghuang and Gloeostereum incamatum aqueous extracts.
