榜样教育研究述评

摘　　要：榜样教育是新时代落实立德树人的重要方法。党的十八大以来,习近平在多个场合强调英雄、榜样的重要性。通过对榜样教育相关文献的梳理,发现学界对于榜样教育的研究内容主要集中在榜样教育的内涵、价值意蕴、教育问题、问题归因、强化路径等方面。整体来看,目前关于榜样教育的研究还存在研究内容有待深化、研究视角有待拓展、研究成果有待反馈等不足。未来研究,要善于从总体、全局的角度对榜样教育作系统分析,要开展多层次、多主体、多维度的研究,要深入分析榜样教育实现的具体过程,遵循榜样教育规律,促使榜样行为落实到行动当中,真正发挥榜样教育的育人实效。Role model education is an important method to carry out moral education in the new era.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jingping has stressed the importance of heroes and role models on several occasions.Through sorting out the literature related to model education,it is found that the research content of model education mainly focuses on the connotation,value implication,educational problems,problem attribution and strengthening path of model education.Future research should be good at systematic analysis of model education from the overall and overall perspective.It is necessary to carry out multi-level,multi-subject and multi-dimensional research,deeply analyze the concrete process of the realization of example education,follow the rules of the occurrence of example education,and promote example behavior into action,so as to give full play to the educational effect of example education.
