摘　　要：运用访谈法研究经管类本科生在就业中遇到的性别歧视、就业心理和就业能力等就业影响因素,并从政府层面、学校层面和学生层面提出相关对策。An interview was held to study the influencing factors such as gender bias,employment psychology and employability for undergraduates in economics and management,and relevant countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of government,universities and students.
