摘  要:基于工作要求-资源模型,以江苏、福建两地的337位企业员工为研究对象,探讨多团队成员身份对员工创造力作用机制和边界条件的影响。研究结果表明:正念正向调节多团队成员身份对专业知识学习的影响,负向调节多团队成员身份对角色过载的影响;专业知识学习正向影响员工创造力,而角色过载负向影响员工创造力;专业知识学习和角色过载分别中介了多团队成员身份和员工正念的交互作用对员工创造力的间接影响。Using job demands-resources model as overarching framework, we investigated the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions of the linkage between multiple team membership and employee creativity. Using samples from 337 employees in Fujian and Jiangsu Province, we found that:(1) Employee mindfulness positively moderated the relationship between multiple team membership and professional knowledge learning, negatively moderated the relationship between multiple team membership and role overload.(2) Professional knowledge learning was positively related to employee creativity, while role overload was negatively related to employee creativity.(3) The interactive effect of multiple team membership and employee mindfulness on employee creativity was mediated by professional knowledge learning and role overload respectively.
