摘  要:科学的人才培养模式对人才的提质培优极为关键。近年来,我国学前教育市场迎来了前所未有的高速发展局面,学前教育人才的需求和培养被置于新的高度。开放教育中的学前教育人才培养模式必须顺势创新,以“一个使命、一个中心、一条思路”为指导,构筑“校园合作、学用结合、全面发展”的体现时代性、师范性、实用性的学前教育人才培养模式,并借助现代信息技术培养具有“综合素质+特色专长”的优质幼教人才。Scientific talent training mode is the key to improve the quality of talents.In recent years,China's preschool education market has ushered in an unprecedented high-speed development situation,the demand and training of preschool education talents has been placed in a new height.The talent training mode of preschool education in open education must be innovated according to the trend,guided by“one mission,one center and one thought”,and build a talent training mode of preschool education with“campus cooperation,combination of learning and application,and all-round development”,which embodies the characteristics of the times,teachers’training and practicability.And to cultivate high-quality preschool education talents with“Comprehensive Quality+Characteristic Expertise”through modern information technology.
