农村中小学教师信息技术培训的问题与对策

摘　　要：传统的农村中小学教师信息技术培训是“一支粉笔,三尺讲台”的模式,随着现代教育事业改革和创新的推进,农村中小学教师信息技术培训工作也不断发展,在一定程度上提高了教师们的信息技术应用能力。但是因为农村经济发展水平的限制,其由于硬件设备短缺、思想落后、财政投入力度不足,在具体的培训过程中还存在较大的阻碍性问题,严重影响着教师信息技术的培训效果和质量,并且信息技术课程的整合和开发也受到了不利的影响。对此,需要教育行政部门、学校领导加强重视,科学分析并有效解决农村中小学教师信息技术培训的问题,以此从根本上提高教师的整体教育能力和职业素养。The traditional information technology training of rural primary and secondary school teachers is the mode of“one piece of chalk,three feet Podium”.With the promotion of the reform and innovation of modern education,the information technology training of rural primary and secondary school teachers is also devcloping,which improves the application ability of infor mation technology of teachers to a certain extent.
