摘　　要：按照传统生产模式构建的实习工厂或工程训练中心已经不能满足智能制造生产模式下的工程实践教学要求。华中科技大学与华中数控等公司合作建设了具有学习功能的智能制造工厂,遵循价值引领、知识探究、能力发展、素质提升四位一体的实践育人方针,贯彻以培养学生现代工程观、质量观和系统观为核心的教育理念,构建了工程实践与创新课程体系与教学内容,并在教学中进行了试点,取得了良好的教学效果。The practice factory or engineering training center constructed according to the traditional production mode cannot meet the requirements of engineering practice teaching under the intelligent manufacturing production mode.Huazhong University of Science and Technology has cooperated with Huazhong Numerical Control Company Limited and other companies to build an intelligent manufacturing factory with learning function.The university follows the four in one practical education policy of value leading,knowledge exploration,ability development and quality improvement,implements the education concept of cultivating students'modern engineering concept,quality concept and system concept,and constructs the engineering practice and innovation curriculum system and teaching content.The experiment is carried out in teaching and good teaching effect is achieved.
