摘　　要：高校实验教学中心是高校人才培养和科技创新的重要基地,实验室安全是保障高校师生人身财产安全,确保实验教学工作正常运行的基础。分析了近年来南开大学生物实验教学中心安全管理现状和存在问题,试剂药品管理效率低,压力容器管理不够规范,实验室日常管理缺乏针对性等。借鉴国内外高校的实验室安全管理经验,结合生物实验教学中心安全管理的具体工作,通过实行试剂信息化管理、压力容器风险辨识等级及实验室分级管理措施,健全实验室安全规章制度和管理体系,保障实验教学的正常运行。Experimental teaching center in universities is an important place for talent cultivation and scientific and technological innovation.Laboratory safety is the basis to guarantee the life and property safety of students and teachers,and to ensure the normal operation of experiment teaching work.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the biology experiment teaching laboratory of Nankai University in recent years,such as:low efficiency of reagent and drug management,nonstandard of pressure vessel management,no-pertinence of laboratory daily management,and so on.Based on the experience of university laboratory safety management at home and abroad,combined with practical work in biology experiment teaching center of Nankai University,through the reagent information management,pressure vessel risk identification level and laboratory grading management measures,improve the laboratory safety regulations and management system,so as to guarantee the normal operation of experimental teaching.
