文化自信视域下我国体育课程改革的现实困境及出路

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在文化自信视域下对我国所经历的8次体育课程改革进行回顾梳理,分析体育课程改革所面临的现实困境,提出相应的策略。结果表明:体育课程改革是伴随历史的发展并在文化的依附下进行的变革。导致的问题有:理念冲突导致体育课程改革的本土化脱离;文化迷失导致体育课程的争议;否定传统导致体育课程改革的传承与创新脱轨。要摆脱文化带来的现实困境,需要树立文化自觉和文化自信的观念,建议:体育课程文化是体育课程改革的基础,需内化为服务于学生、学校、社会、国家的文化具形;文化自觉是体育课程改革的前提,应理性审视传统文化对体育课程的束缚和推动;社会主义核心价值观是体育课程改革的指明灯,应将“以人为本”价值观融入体育教育全过程;文化超越是体育课程改革的动力,应正视文化危机和文化转型对课程的影响;继承和创新是体育课程改革的路径,应尊重传统体育文化的现实基础。Using the methods of literature,logical analysis and so on,this paper reviews and combs the 8 PE curriculum reforms in China from the perspective of cultural confidence.It analyzes the practical difficulties faced by PE curriculum reforms,and puts forward the corresponding strategies.The results show that the reform of physical education curriculum is a change with the development of history and the dependence of culture.The problems are as follows:The conflict of ideas leads to the localization of PE curriculum reform;Cultural loss leads to the controversy of physical education curriculum;The denial of tradition leads to the derailment of the inheritance and innovation of PE curriculum reform.To get rid of the dilemma brought by culture,it is necessary to set up the concept of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence.It is suggested that:PE curriculum culture is the basis of PE curriculum reform,and it should be internalized into a culture that serves students,schools,society and the country.Cultural consciousness is the premise of the reform of physical education curriculum,so we should rationally examine the restraint and promotion of traditional culture on physical education curriculum.Socialist core values are the guiding light of the reform of Physical Education curriculum,which should be integrated into the whole process of physical education.Cultural transcendence is the driving force of physical education curriculum reform.We should face up to the impact of cultural crisis and cultural transformation on curriculum.Inheritance and innovation are the path of PE curriculum reform and the realistic basis of traditional PE culture should be respected.
