摘　　要：基于对证据中心试题开发的形成步骤与程序的分析,以技术提升试题的开发为例,凸显“证据”在试题开发过程中的效用;通过优化证据中心的试题开发流程,建构试题开发技术卡,提出强化证据审核、促进证据析出、关注证据收集的建议,为试题开发者和审核者提供技术支持和策略指导。Based on the analysis of the formation steps and procedures of Evidence-Centered Design(ECD)and taking the item development of technology upgrading as an example,the paper highlights the utility of“evidence”during item developing process.The paper optimizes the item development process of evidence center,constructs technical card for item developing,and puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening evidence review,promoting the precipitation of evidence and paying attention to evidence collection,so as to provide technical support and strategy guidance for item developers and item reviewers.
