跨专业序列模拟在妇科肿瘤及放疗科临床教学中的应用

摘  要:目的 跨专业序列模拟在妇科肿瘤及放疗科临床教学中应用,为优化不同专业医务人员沟通和协作提供新建议,探讨交叉学科培养机制的可能。方法 随机选取100名2020-2021级我院妇产科住培医师和放射治疗师,其中50名2020级为对照组,2021级为试验组。对照组采用传统临床教学模式,试验组采用跨专业序列模拟。研究结束统计两组理论和操作的成绩,同时调查两组住培医师/放射治疗师对临床教学模式满意度和患者及家属对住培医师/放射治疗师满意度,评估不同时间住培医师/放射治疗师/患者的焦虑情况并进行分析。结果 在理论及操作考核中,放射治疗师操作成绩无差异,其他各试验组平均成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对跨专业序列模拟临床教学模式满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者及家属对住培医师/放射治疗师满意度调查试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在初始评估中所有的住培医师及放射治疗师均存在轻度焦虑,且同专业中无差异;患者存在中度焦虑,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究1个月时,所有人的焦虑评分均有所下降,其中患者焦虑评分下降明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的医务人员下降较对照组明显,但无统计学差异。研究3个月时,试验组的住培医师及放射治疗师焦虑评分进一步下降,对照组未见明显下降,差异有统计学意义。结论 跨专业序列模拟是实践非技术技能的好方法,有助于学生了解整个医疗系统,对住培医师及放射治疗师的培养具有良好效果和积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of interprofessional sequential simulation in clinical teaching of Gynecological oncology and Radiotherapy Department,so as to provide new suggestions for optimizing communication and collaboration among different specialties.Methods A random sample of 2020 grade-2021 grade in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University of obstetrics and gynecology base of resident standardization training resident and radiotherapist in 100,2020 grade was divided into the control group(50),the other was experimental group(50).The control group was taught by traditional clinical teaching model,and the experimental group was taught by interprofessional sequential simulation.At the end of the study,the theoretical and operational results of the two groups were counted.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of resident physicians/radiation therapists to clinical teaching mode and the satisfaction of patients and their families to resident physicians/radiation therapists/patients were investigated.The anxiety of resident physicians/radiation therapists/patients at different times were evaluated and analyzed.Results In the theoretical and operational assessment,there was no difference in the performance of radiation therapists,and the average performance of other experimental groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of patients on the physician/radiation therapist in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Mild anxiety was found in all residents and radiotherapists in the initial assessment,and there was no difference between the subjects.The patients had moderate anxiety,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).One month after the study,the anxiety scores of all patients decreased,and the patients'anxiety scores decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medic
