摘　　要：物联网技术促进了社会智能化的发展,其在食品安全各环节中均有应用。物联网技术是加强食品全链条安全监管和推进食品放心工程建设的核心技术,食品安全战略的深入也将推动物联网技术深入发展,使其更好地满足食品安全发展的需要。Internet of things technology promotes the development of social intelligence,which is applied in all aspects of food safety.Internet of things technology is the core technology to strengthen the safety supervision of the whole food chain and promote the construction of food safety project.The deepening of food safety strategy will also promote the in-depth development of Internet of things to better meet the needs of food safety development.
