摘  要:武术是一门强身健体且富有传统文化内涵的体育项目,高校武术教学成为大学生健康体魄与健全人格养成的最佳场所。高校武术教学中培养健康体魄与健全人格路径如下:明确武术教学架构,以此为标准规范健康体魄与健全人格培养程序;引入慕课教学模式,创新武术教学方式,调动学生健康体魄与健全人格培养的积极性;开展分层式教学,提高教学目标与教学方法的契合度;凸显武术哲学思想与文化内涵,辅助学生修养身心、健全人格。Martial arts is a physical and traditional sports project with traditional cultural connotations.Martial arts teaching in colleges has become the best place for college students to develop healthy body and healthy personality.The path of healthy physique and healthy personality training in martial arts teaching in colleges is as follows:clarify the martial arts teaching structure,and to standardize the training procedures for healthy physique and healthy personality by the structure;introduce MOOC teaching mode,innovate martial arts teaching methods,and mobilize students to develop healthy physique and healthy personality.To promote the enthusiasm of success;to carry out layered teaching to improve the fit of teaching objectives and teaching methods;to highlight the philosophical thought and cultural connotation of martial arts,and to assist students to cultivate their body and mind and improve their personality.
