甘肃省三甲医院急诊科护士灾害准备度现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的为针对性提高甘肃省三甲医院急诊科护士的灾害应对能力,本研究对其灾害准备度现状以及相关影响因素进行调查分析。方法本次研究通过电脑随机抽取2020年度甘肃省的6所三甲医院共240名在册急诊科护士作为研究对象。通过纸质版问卷现场调研,分析其灾害准备度的现状以及影响灾害准备度的相关因素。结果灾害知识、技术以及灾害后管理评定得分分别占满分的(64.44±8.05)%、(76.08±9.26)%、(62.53±5.85)%,总分占满分的(66.39±5.88)%。性别、文化程度和工作年限、是否参与灾害知识培训、是否参与灾害技能培训、有无既往救灾经历、有无救灾意愿、是否为院内灾害急救团队成员,急诊科护士灾害准备度的评定得分存在显著差异(P<0.05),在进一步的多因素分析中发现,男性、文化程度为大专及以上、工作年限5年及以上、有过灾害知识培训、有过灾害技能培训、有既往救灾经验、有救灾意愿、是院内灾害急救团队成员是急诊科护士灾害准备度提升的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论甘肃省三甲医院急诊科护士的灾害准备度存在一定欠缺,各医院应当扩大院内灾害急救团队规模,加大对相关知识与技能的培训力度,加强急诊科护士的职责思想教育工作,加强护士间的交流与心得分享,促进其互相学习与成长,提高急诊科护士的灾害应对能力。Objective In order to improve the disaster response ability of nurses in the emergency department of third class hospitals in Gansu Province,this study investigated and analyzed the current situation of disaster preparedness and related influencing factors.Methods A total of 240 registered emergency department nurses from 6 third class hospitals in Gansu Province in 2020 were randomly selected by computer.By using the network platform to fill in the electronic questionnaire under the unified organization,this paper analyzes the current situation of disaster preparedness and the relevant factors affecting disaster preparedness.Results Disaster knowledge,technology and post-disaster management assessment scores accounted for the full score(64.44±8.05)%,(76.08±9.26)%,(62.53±5.85)%,respectively,and the total score was for the full score(66.39±5.88)%.There were significant differences in the evaluation scores of disaster preparedness among emergency department nurses of different gender,different educational level and working years,whether they participated in disaster knowledge training,whether they participated in disaster skill training,whether they had previous disaster relief experience,whether they were willing to provide disaster relief,and whether they were members of hospital disaster first aid team(P<0.05).The increase of emergency department nurses'disaster preparedness was related to male,college degree or above,working years of 5 years or above,having disaster knowledge training,disaster skills training,previous disaster relief experience,willingness to provide disaster relief,and being a member of the disaster first aid team in the hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some deficiencies in the disaster preparedness of nurses in the emergency department of grade III first-class hospitals in Gansu Province.All hospitals should expand the scale of disaster first-aid teams in the hospital,strengthen the training of relevant knowledge and skills,strengthen the responsibility and ideological education of n
