摘 要:以上海地铁16号线车辆为样本,研究了钢弹簧浮置板轨道条件下的轮轨接触特性。利用ABAQUS建立钢弹簧浮置板,用Simpack建立车辆模型,将浮置板模型导入Simpack进行仿真分析。分析了列车在时速60 km/h情况下通过浮置轨道时,轮轨接触垂向力、横向力和脱轨系数的变化情况。分析结果表明:同一轮对下左右轮的轮轨接触垂向力有着相同的变化趋势,最大垂向力、横向力和脱轨系数均为编号为6的车轮,即后转向架前轮对的右车轮。Taking Shanghai metro line 16 as an example, the wheel rail contact characteristics of steel spring floating slab track are studied. The rigid flexible coupling model of vehicle steel spring floating track is established by using Abaqus and Simpack. The change of wheel rail contact vertical force, transverse force and derailment coefficient is analyzed when the train passes the floating track at 60 km/h. The analysis results show that the vertical force of wheel rail contact of left and right wheels under the same wheelset has the same change trend, the maximum vertical force, lateral force and derailment coefficient are all from the wheels numbered 6, that is, the right wheel of front wheel pair of rear bogie.
