摘　　要：农林经济管理人才的培养是实现我国乡村振兴战略的重要支撑。通过梳理和分析近年来国内农林经济管理专业人才素养、实践教学模式和教学评价等相关方面的研究,阐述了目前应用型高校农林经济管理专业实践教学开展的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上,结合潍坊科技学院办学特色,提出了该校农林经济管理专业实践教学改革与创新方向,以期能为同类院校人才培养提供借鉴,助力乡村人才振兴。The cultivation of agricultural and forestry economic management talents is an important support for realizing China’s rural revitalization strategy.This paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of practical teaching of agricultural and forestry economics and management in applied colleges and universities by combing and analyzing the research on talent quality,practical teaching mode and teaching evaluation of agricultural and forestry economics and management in China in recent years.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of Weifang University of Science and Technology,the reform and innovation direction of practical teaching of agricultural and forestry economics and management major of weifang University is proposed,in order to provide reference for talent cultivation of similar colleges and help revitalize rural talents.
