摘 要:随着知识时代的到来,人才竞争日趋激烈,如何高效学习、学会学习成为本科生提升自身竞争力的基本诉求。关于本科生能力培养问题的研究一直是高等教育研究中的热点和焦点。通过对高等农林院校本科生元学习能力内涵的界定,分析元学习能力的跃迁性、可塑性、反思性特点,从本科生学习动力转换、自身竞争力提升以及核心素养的形成等方面探讨本科生元学习能力培养的应然逻辑,构建基于合作学习、目标管理与模块化学习的元学习能力培养模式,从提高本科生认知效率、提高教师的元学习能力培养意识、构建本科生元学习能力的实践平台三方面提出新时代高等农林院校本科生元学习能力的培养路径。With the advent of the knowledge era, talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to learn efficiently and learning to learn has become the basic appeal for undergraduates to improve their competitiveness. The research on the cultivation of undergraduates’ ability has always been the focus of higher education research. Based on the definition of undergraduates’ meta-learning ability, this paper analyzed the transition, plasticity, reflective characteristics of meta-learning ability, and explored the ought to be logical from the undergraduates’ learning motivation, the competitiveness of ascension and the formation of the core qualities and so on. And then this paper put forward cultivation path of meta-learning ability of higher agriculture and forestry colleges from the aspects of improving the efficiency of undergraduates’ cognition, improve teachers’ consciousness of meta learning ability training, and building the practice platform of undergraduates’ meta learning ability.
