摘  要:就业是增加收入最直接的手段。从生产要素的角度来看,每个家庭都是劳动力这一生产要素的提供者。贫困家庭的收入低,显然是他们提供的劳动力出现了问题。通过观察法、问卷调查法及一对一访谈法,对怀化市芦木溪村进行了深入的调查研究。通过探寻村民陷入贫困的原因,基于经济学基本原理,分析现象背后的贫穷逻辑,对因病、因学、因缺少技术、因养猪亏损、因收入少等主要的致贫原因展开了分析。基于投入产出理论,提出通过教育投资提高村民综合素质,提高村民自身价值;通过就业提高收入,变现劳动力价值;通过引导支持创业,发展当地特色产业,增加就业机会,保证劳动力价值持续变现。Employment is the most direct way to increase family income.From the perspective of factors of production,every family is the provider of labor.The low income of the poor family results from the labor force they provide.Through observation,questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview,in-depth investigations and researches on Lumuxi Village in Huaihua City were conducted.Based on the basic principles of economics,this paper analyzes the logic behind poverty by exploring the reasons why villagers fall into poverty.Meanwhile,the main causes of poverty such as disease,education,lack of technology,loss in raising pigs and low income are also analyzed in detail.Based on the input-output theory,the paper makes the following suggestions:first,improving the villagers’comprehensive quality and their own value through education investment;second,increasing income and realizing the value of labor force through employment;and last,developing industries of local characteristics,increasing employment opportunities and ensuring the continuous realization of labor value through guiding and supporting entrepreneurship.
