摘 要:在“不忘初心,牢记使命”的时代大背景下,基层公务员的使命效价研究尤为重要。本研究通过487份基层公务员样本,探究使命效价对基层公务员工作幸福感的影响机制。研究发现:(1)使命效价能够有效提升基层公务员的工作幸福感;(2)情绪衰竭发挥部分中介作用,即使命效价可以通过缓解基层公务员的情绪衰竭状态来提升其工作幸福感;(3)公共服务动机在使命效价与情绪衰竭之间发挥调节作用,当基层公务员具有高公共服务动机时,使命效价能够更好地抑制其情绪衰竭的消极状态,促进基层公务员工作幸福感的提升。以上研究丰富了国内公务员使命效价和公共服务动机的实证研究成果,对基层公务员激励和促进其“心理减负”具有重要的实践意义。Under the background of the era of remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind,the research on the mission valence of grass-roots civil servants is particularly important.Through 487 samples of grass-roots civil servants,the study explores the mechanism of mission valence on the occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants.The results show that 1)Mission valence has effectively significant impact on the occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants.2)Emotional exhaustion partially mediates the relationship between mission valence and occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants.Thus,mission valence can improve occupational well-being by alleviating the emotional exhaustion of grass-roots civil servants.3)Public service motivation moderates the relationship between mission valence and emotional exhaustion.High public service motivation can strengthen the inhibitory effect of mission valence on emotional exhaustion,and then realize the enhancement of the occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants.The above research has enriched the empirical research results of domestic civil serv-ants’mission valence and public service motivation,and has important practical significance to moti-vate and promote the“psychological burden reduction”of grass-roots civil servants.
