高校本科通识教育课程体系构建研究——以哈工大深圳校区为例

摘　　要：文章基于成果导向教育模式,秉承“服务国家战略和区域发展需求”理念,充分借鉴世界各国一流大学的通识教育模式,发挥理工科大学自身的优势和特色,在通识教育理念、课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、教学方式、师资能力、课程管理、政策措施和评估体系九个方面全面推进具有哈工大深圳特色的本科通识教育课程体系构建,从学生学习成效入手,最终达成人才培养目标与课程的最佳耦合,使哈工大深圳校区向一所真正的高水平研究型大学迈进,提高深圳市的高等教育水平和人才培养质量,为我国高等教育深化改革探索新路。On the basis of the outcome-based education model and adhering to the concept of serving the national strategy and regional development needs,this study comprehensively promotes the system construction of undergraduate general education curriculum.Characteristics of the Harbin Institute of Technology of Shenzhen are derived from nine aspects:general education concept,curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content,teaching methods,faculty,curriculum management,policy measures,and quality assurance.The new system achieves the best coupling between the talent training goal and the curriculum by designing from the students'learning effects.This system enables our university to stride forward to achieve high-level research,improve the higher education and the personnel training quality in Shenzhen,as well as explore a new method for enhancing the reform of China's higher education.
