摘　　要：智能建造属于典型的新工科专业,也是建筑业转型升级的重要抓手。智能建造技术是未来发展趋势,专业人才需求紧迫。文章对行业、企业、学校和土建类相关毕业生进行智能建造人才市场需求的调研和分析,在此基础上从人才培养的顶层设计、课程体系设置以及教学与实践条件等方面给出智能建造(技术)专业人才培养的建设路径,为高校在智能建造(技术)专业培养优化提供借鉴。Intelligent construction is a typical new engineering major,and also an important starting point for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Intelligent construction technology is the future development trend,and the demand for professional talents is urgent.In this paper,survey analysis of the industry,enterprises,schools and graduates of civil engineering or related major was done about intelligent construction talent market demand,Construction path on the talent cultivation of intelligent building(technology)major was obtained on the basis of survey analysis,which included top-level design of the talent cultivation,curriculum system setting,teaching and practice etc.It provides reference for colleges and universities to optimize the cultivation of intelligent construction(technology)major.
