摘　　要：西藏民主改革60多年以及改革开放40多年的社会变迁,构成了理解当前西藏藏族青年现象和青年问题的重要社会背景。这种社会变迁主要在四个方面对藏族青年产生重大影响:第一,社会政治经济制度由封建农奴制向社会主义制度的转变;第二,社会流动的增加以及社会分层的加剧;第三,社会价值观的多元化;第四,家庭人口结构的变迁。从社会变迁的角度出发,现阶段西藏藏族青年问题与青年研究主要集中在社会变迁与藏族青年的身份建构、教育、就业、婚姻与家庭、亚文化、社会心态、社会问题等方面之间的关系,以及社会变迁对这些问题的影响上。The 60 years of democratic reform in Tibet and the 40 years of reform and opening up constitute an important social background to understand the current Tibetan youth phenomenon and youth problems in Tibet.This social change has a major impact on Tibetan youth in four aspects:First,the transformation of the social political and economic system from feudal serfdom to socialism;Second,the increase in social mobility and social stratification intensified;Third,the diversity of social values;Fourth,the change of family population structure.From the perspective of social change,the current research on Tibetan youth issues and youth mainly focuses on the relationship between social change and Tibetan youth's identity construction,education,employment,marriage and family,subculture,social mentality,social problems,and the impact of social change on these problems.
