摘  要:教师道德规范是师范生未来从事与教育及教育相关职业的行为准则和遵循原则,教师职业道德培养与师范生的专业知识和技能培养必须同步进行。汉语言文学专业师范生师德规范培养的现实困境在于有效性培养课程的缺乏、针对性评价机制缺位和科学性职业认同缺席。要想纾解这一现实困境,就要做到合理设置课程、效果优先;重构评价体系、强调成效考核;优化职业待遇、彰显职业认同。Teacher ethics is the code of conduct and principles for normal university students to follow when they engage in education and education-related occupations in the future.The training of teacher professional ethics and the training of professional knowledge and skills of normal university students must be carried out simultaneously.The realistic dilemma of standardized training of teachers’ethics for Chinese language and literature majors lies in the lack of effective training courses,the absence of targeted evaluation mechanism and the absence of scientific professional identity.In order to solve this dilemma,we should set up the curriculum reasonably and give priority to the effect to reconstruct the evaluation system and emphasize the performance assessment and optimize occupational treatment and highlight professional identity.
