摘　　要：自2019年“新文科”建设启动以来,“新文科”教育理念成为全国普通高校人文学科教育改革和创新的新起点和新方向。徐州工程学院艺术与设计学院在设计人才培养和设计教育内涵建设上,也抓住时机紧跟步伐。2021年7月6日—10日与同济大学设计艺术研究中心共同承办了在设计界享有盛誉的“全国设计大师班”。作为在徐州举办的第35届设计大师班,其内容也以“新文科”为指导理念,聘请了国内名校的12位专家学者,给学员带来工业4.0和信息数字化时代下对设计教育的新挑战、如何提升教师教学能力和科研素养、新设计的创新策略和地方院校的新发展四大板块的内容。Since 2019,the educational concept of"New Liberal Arts"has become a new starting point and new direction for the reform and innovation of humanities education in ordinary colleges and universities across the country.The School of Art and Design of Xuzhou Institute of Technology has also seized the opportunity to keep up with the development of design talents and design education connotation.During the summer vacation,it co-hosted the prestigious"National Design Master Class"with the Design Art Research Center of Tongji University.As the 35th design master class training held in Xuzhou,its content also takes the new liberal arts as the guiding concept,and 12 experts and scholars from domestic famous universities have been invited to lecture on the four major topics,including new challenges to design education in the Industry 4.0 and information digitization era;how to improve teachers'teaching ability and scientific research literacy;innovative strategies for new design and new development of local colleges and universities.
