摘　　要：生态危机已经威胁到全人类的生存和发展,因此人类必须提出应对之策来解决危机。党的十八大以后,习近平有关生态文明建设提出了一系列新观点和新思想,将生态文明建设思想和共同体思想相结合,提出要构建生态领域的命运共同体。生态命运共同体理论内涵主要包括自然是生命之母论、山水林田湖草沙生命共同体论、人与自然生命共同体论三部分。构建生态命运共同体是化解全球生态危机的最优路径,是实现全球可持续发展的重要保障,也是实现人类命运共同体的现实基础。为此,必须践行人类是命运共同体的理念,坚持世界各国公平但有区别地承担生态治理责任的原则,以绿色行动促进高质量发展和高水平保护。Ecological crisis has threatened the survival and development of mankind.Hence,mankind must put forward countermeasures to solve the crisis.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas and thoughts on development of an ecological civilization,combining the thought of development of an ecological civilization with the thought of community,and proposing the building of a community of destiny in the ecological field.The theoretical connotation of the community of ecological destiny mainly includes three parts:the theory that nature is the mother of life,the theory of a community of life for mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes,grasslands and sands,and the theory of a community of life for mankind and nature.Building an ecological community with a shared future is the best way to resolve the global ecological crisis,an important guarantee for global sustainable development,and the practical basis for the realization of a community of shared future for mankind.To this end,we must follow the vision that mankind is a community of shared future,adhere to the principle that all countries bear the responsibility for ecological governance in a fair but differentiated way,promote high-quality development and high-level protection through green actions.
