摘　　要：中国共产党成立以来的百年历史,是为国家和民族探寻正确出路,使中国人民的命运真正发生转变的历史,是中国共产党带领中华民族从站起来到富起来再到强起来的历史。中国共产党百年奋斗的历史,就是一部中华民族同贫困作斗争的历史,其中,教育反贫困发挥了重要作用。从“大历史观”出发,以1921年为透视中国共产党百年教育反贫困的时间起点,在阶段划分的基础上,分析中国共产党百年教育反贫困的价值、制度、理论与实践体系。中国共产党百年教育反贫困以马克思主义反贫困理论为指导,坚持走中国特色社会主义教育反贫困道路,突出强调教育的社会服务职能,坚持教育与生产劳动相结合,重视以农民和工人为主要对象的“成人教育”。这些培根固本的举措,成为中国共产党百年教育反贫困成功的核心要义与宝贵经验。The 100-year history of the founding of the Communist Party of China is the history in which our country has found a way out and the changing destiny of the Chinese people.It is the history in which the Communist Party led the Chinese nation to stand up,and become rich and strong.The centennial history of the founding of the Communist Party of China is a history of the Chinese nation’s struggle against poverty,in which education plays an important role in it.This paper takes the“grand historical view”as the methodology system,takes 1921 as the time clue of the CPC’s anti-poverty education in the last century,and analyzes the formation of the value,system,theory and practice system of the CPC’s anti-poverty education on the basis of stage division.It points out that the anti-poverty theory of Marxism is the guidance,adhering to the path of anti-poverty education of socialism with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing the social service function of education,and adhering to the combination of education and productive labor.It is the core and valuable experience of the CPC’s successful anti-poverty education which attaches importance to the“adult education”and other measures aiming at farmers and workers.
