摘　　要：默会教育是中国古代教育的精髓,有着悠久的历史和辉煌的成就,具有静谧、玄通、易简、不可言传、心领神会等特性。生成性教学是基于默会生成观念建构起来的一种现代教学思想和方法,多元交流、平等对话、顺势创生是其基本特性。中国古代默会教育与当下生成性教学具有融通与创新的深层关系,尤其在“德”与“才”培养方面休戚相关、一脉相连。古今贯通,新时代卓越人才培养才能既有传统根基,又有现实动力。Tacit Education,with a long history and brilliant achievements,is the quintessence of the ancient Chinese education,featuring tranquility,epiphany,simpleness,and understanding by insight.Generative teaching,advocating pluralistic exchange,equal dialogue and natural generation,is a modern teaching concept and method based on the notion of tacit emergence.The ancient Chinese tacit education and the contemporary generative teaching are related to each other in their deep structures,especially in the cultivation of“virtue”and“talent”.Bridging the past and the present,the cultivation of outstanding talents in the new era will be rooted in the tradition while having the realistic motivations.
