浅谈我国食品检验检测资源现状及整合

摘　　要：近年来,我国食品检验检测资源问题逐渐凸显,使我国食品检验检测工作受到广泛关注。食品安全检验检测工作是关系国计民生的重大问题,同时是保证人们身体健康和社会和谐稳定发展的重要前提。鉴于此,本文从我国食品检验检测资源现状的角度出发,探究我国食品检验检测工作开展的实际意义、我国食品检验检测资源工作可能存在的问题及具体的整合策略,以保障食品安全。In recent years,the problem of food inspection and testing resources in China has gradually become prominent,which has attracted extensive attention to China’s food inspection and testing work.Food safety inspection and testing is a major issue related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.At the same time,it is an important premise to ensure people’s health and the harmonious and stable development of society.In view of this,from the perspective of the current situation of China’s food inspection and testing resources,this paper explores the practical significance of China’s food inspection and testing work,the possible problems and specific integration strategies of China’s food inspection and testing resources,so as to ensure food safety.
