摘　　要：“十四五”期间,技术创新的重要性和迫切性更加凸显。研发人员毫无疑问是企业科技与知识创新的主体,是企业发展壮大的关键,而激励机制又在激发研发人员提高创新竞争力的研究中起着重要的作用。文章从构建企业研发人员技术创新激励机制的意义出发,提出了优化绩效评价体系以及灵活运用激励手段的激励机制。The importance and urgency of technological innovation during the fourteenth Five-year Plan become more prominent. R&D personnel are undoubtedly the main body of technological and knowledge innovation and the key to the development and expansion of enterprises. Incentive mechanism plays an important role in stimulating R&D personnel to improve the research of innovation competitiveness. This paper starts from the significance of constructing the incentive mechanism of technological innovation, and proposes an incentive mechanism of optimizing the performance evaluation system and flexibly using incentive means.
