摘  要:目的 探讨应用接触(connect)、介绍(introduce)、沟通(communicate)、询问(ask)、回答(respond)、离开(exit)六个步骤(CICARE)沟通模式培训重症医学病房(intensive care unit,ICU)低年资护士的临床应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月13日—9月15日在锦州医科大学附属第一医院ICU新入职的24名护士作为研究对象,分到ICU1病区的12名护士为对照组,分到ICU2病区的12名护士为干预组。对照组采用常规沟通模式进行培训,干预组采用CICARE沟通模式。采用护士临床沟通能力问卷、护士沟通能力理论试题、危重患者家属满意度问卷作为评价指标。结果 干预组护士沟通能力问卷得分明显提高(P <0.05),护士沟通能力理论试题得分明显提高(P <0.05),危重患者家属满意度问卷得分明显提高(P <0.05)。结论 应用CICARE沟通模式培训ICU低年资护士,即可以提高护士的沟通能力,也可以提高患者家属满意度。Objective Discuss the clinical application effect of applying the six-step(CICARE) communication mode of contact,introduction,communication,ask,respond,and exit to train young nurses in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 24 new nurses who were recruited in ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 13 to September 15,2019 were selected as the research objects.Twelve nurses assigned to the ICU1 ward were used as the control group,and 12 nurses assigned to the ICU2 ward were used as the intervention group.The control group was trained using the conventional communication model,and the intervention group was used the CICARE communication model.Nurses ’clinical communication ability questionnaire,nurses’ communication ability theory test questionnaire,and critical patient’s family satisfaction questionnaire were used as evaluation indicators.Results The scores of the nurses ’communication ability questionnaire in the intervention group increased significantly(P<0.05),the scores of the nurses’ communication ability theory test scores significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores of the family satisfaction scores of critically ill patients significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the CICARE communication model to train ICU young nurses can not only improve the nurses ’communication skills,but also improve the satisfaction of patients’ families.
