摘　　要：学生干部是高职院校学生中的重要群体,其思想政治状态影响整个学生群体的状态,学生干部队伍的思想政治教育工作在学生干部管理工作中应摆在首要位置。以抚顺职业技术学院为例,剖析当前高职院校学生干部队伍思想政治工作的现状,以及目前学生干部队伍思想政治教育存在的问题,有针对性地制定加强高职院校学生干部队伍思想政治工作的对策。Student cadres are an important part in higher vocational colleges,and their ideological and political education status affects the state of the entire student group,and the ideological and political education work of the student cadre team should be in the first place in the management of student cadres.Taking Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political work of student cadres,as well as the problems existing in the ideological and political education,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
