摘  要:高层管理团队(Top Management Team,简称TMT)认知驱动其战略决策行为,进而影响企业绩效。基于团队生命周期视角,结合TMT共享心智模型分析TMT认知,探讨TMT共享心智模型的关键驱动因素、结构特征及企业绩效影响机制。Top Management Team(TMT)cognition drives its strategic decision-making behavior,and then affects corporate performance.In view of the fact that TMT cognitive research has not found an effective breakthrough,this paper takes the TMT shared mental model as an effective entry point for TMT cognitive research and takes the team life cycle as the perspective to conduct research.After that,the paper will put forward new perspectives and new ideas for the research of the life cycle of TMT shared mental model teams around the key drivers of TMT shared mental model construction,the life cycle stage characteristics of TMT shared mental model structure and the impact mechanism of enterprise performance.
