摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定果汁饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸及糖精钠3种食品添加剂的分析方法。方法:果汁饮料试样用纯水提取,经Acclaim^(TM) 120 C_(18)色谱柱分离,用紫外检测器测定。结果:苯甲酸、山梨酸及糖精钠在1.00~50.00 mg/L线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,3种添加剂的检出限均为0.005 g/kg,定量限均为0.015 g/kg,加标回收率为91.7%~109.0%,RSD为1.29%~3.36%。结论:该方法前处理简便、分析速度快、准确度高及精密度好,可用于上述3种添加剂的定性、定量检测。Objective:The method for the determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in fruit juice drinks by HPLC with UV detector was established.Method:Pear juice beverage samples were extracted with pure water,separated by Acclaim^(TM) 120 C_(18) chromatographic column and determined by UV detector.Result:The linearity of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium is good at 1.00~50.00 mg/L,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999,the detection limit of the three additives is 0.005 g/kg,the quantitative limit is0.015 g/kg,the recovery is 91.7%~109.0%,and the RSD is 1.29%~3.36%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,fast analysis speed,high accuracy and good precision.It can be used for the qualitative and quantitative detection of the above three additives.
