日本高等职业教育的发展及其启示

摘　　要：从日本高等职业教育背景出发,阐述了其高等职业教育特征,分析了日本高等职业教育学校的成长历程与兴起衰败,探讨了日本高等职业教育出现危机的影响因素及改革措施。在此基础上,提出我国高等职业教育建设应吸取日本高职教育建设的优秀成果,完善制度建设和评价体系建设,促进我国高等职业教育国际化、终身化发展。Through starting from the background of higher vocational education in Japan,the study expounds the characteristics of higher vocational education,analyzes the development history of the higher vocational education in Japan,and explores the hazard influencing factors and reform countermeasures.Based on this,the study proposes the suggestions that in higher vocational education construction in China,we should establish excellent achievements of higher vocational education construction in Japan,perfect system and evaluation system construction,and promote the development of the internationalism and life-long training of higher vocational education in China.
