摘　　要：文章详细介绍深圳大学管理科学与工程(工学)学科点如何充分利用地缘优势和政策机遇,以创新型研究生培养为中心,构建“平台-技术-评价-协同”四维联动的学生创新能力培养体系。该培养体系为学生与外界交流提供充足的机会和广阔的平台,在提高学生创新能力和综合素质的同时也扩大学校的国内外学术影响力,实施效果显著。This paper describes an education system focusing on the cultivation of innovative graduate students based on 4-dimensions"i.e.,platform,technology,assessment,and cooperation"in MSE discipline at Shenzhen University.This system makes full use of the geographical advantages and policy opportunities in Shenzhen Specific Economic Zoom in China.It provides sufficient opportunities and broad platforms for students to exchange with the outside world and it can improve students'innovation ability and comprehensive quality.The system implementation outcome is significant,and as a result,the academic influence of Shenzhen University is expanded globally.
