摘  要:基于国内外高等工程教育发展的新特征、新标准、新趋势、新常态,秉承以立德树人为引领,以应对变化、塑造未来的新工科建设理念,结合内蒙古新建地方应用型本科院校的实际情况,文章把注重考核学生分析和解决复杂工程问题能力、实践能力以及过程考核等先进理念贯彻到教学质量评价体系改革中,构建新工科背景下应用型本科院校教学质量评价体系。以进一步强化人才培养和社会需求的有力衔接,助推培养未来多元化人才,实现应用型人才培养目标。Based on the new characteristics,new standards,new trends,and new normals of the development of higher engineering education at home and abroad,adhering to the new engineering construction concept led by fostering character and civic virtue to respond to changes and shape the future,combined with the new local applied undergraduate college in Inner Mongolia according to the actual situation of the university,this article implements the advanced concepts of focusing on assessing students'ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems,practical ability,and process assessment into the reform of the teaching quality evaluation system,and constructs a teaching quality evaluation system for applied undergraduate colleges under the background ofnew engineering,in order to further strengthen the strong connection between talent training and social needs,promote the cultivation of diversified talents in the future,and achieve the goal of training applied talents.
