摘 要:针对手持车载设备高频拆装的应用特点,设计了一种新型的车载设备快速拆装装置,并对其安装及使用方法进行了详细的阐述。采用UG对该装置进行了三维模型的建立,根据国家军用标准关于振动试验的规定,利用ANSYS对该装置进行了随机振动仿真分析,结果显示设计的装置满足工程使用需求。According to the application characteristics of high-frequency disassembly and assembly of handheld vehicle equipment,a new type of quick disassembly and assembly device for on-board equipment is designed,and its installation and use methods are described in detail.The three-dimensional model of the device was established by UG.According to the provisions of the national military standard on vibration test,the random vibration simulation analysis of the device was carried out using ANSYS.The results show that the designed device meets the needs of engineering use.
