摘　　要：本科生导师制在教学改革、培养学生创新和实践能力上有着重要作用,文章以上海健康医学院康复学院为例,探讨了本科生导师制在康复治疗学专业本科生培养过程中的必要性、工作方式和实施成效。Introduction Mentorship is playing a significant role in teaching reform and training students’creative and practical abilities.A case study of College of Rehabilitation Sciences,Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences was presented.This study explore the role of the Mentorship about Necessity,working mode and implementation effect among undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation therapy.
