摘 要:目的:探讨PBL联合思维导图在中医护理技术带教中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月在我院胸外科实习的护理专业70名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各35人。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用了PBL联合思维导图的教学方法,比较两组护生的中医基础理论知识、中医护理技术操作和教学满意度。结果:实验组中医基础理论知识成绩、中医护理技术和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合思维导图的教学方法在中医护理技术中的带教效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined mind mapping in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Methods:A total of 70 nursing students from January 2019 to December 2020,who were internships in thoracic surgery in our hospital,were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 35 students each using a random number table.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopts the teaching method of PBL combined with mind mapping to compare the basic theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine,the operation of Chinese medicine nursing technology and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students.Results:The observation group’s performance in basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the examinations of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as ear-point pressing,acupoint application,Chinese medicine fumigation,cupping,scraping,moxibustion,and massage techniques were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of PBL combined with mind mapping has a significant effect in teaching TCM nursing technology,and can improve the basic theoretical knowledge of TCM,TCM nursing technology and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
