摘 要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实验项目与以案例为基础的整合式教学(Case-based collaborative learning,CBCL)相结合的混合式教学模式在“医学形态学实验”教学中的应用效果。方法以2020级临床专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用虚拟仿真实验项目结合CBCL混合式教学方法开展教学,采用教考分离的方式,考核采取统一命题、统一试卷和统一时间进行、问卷调查及专家组评价对教学效果进行统计分析,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果实验组学生的综合考核成绩显著高于对照组;问卷调查显示,实验组学生对混合式教学方法满意度、实践操作与动手能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、临床思维能力、专业理论知识掌握明显提高。专家组对教学过程综合评价表明,实验组学生在实践操作与动手能力、课堂互动效果、知识逻辑结构展示、沟通表达能力及团队协作能力、人文素养的体现等均明显优于对照组。结论虚拟仿真实验项目结合CBCL教学方法有助于学生“医学形态学实验”理论与实践知识的学习,提高学生的创新能力、实践能力、医学临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application of a blended instruction mode by combining virtual simulation experiment project and case-based collaborative learning(CBCL)in the instruction of medical morphology experiment.Methods Medical undergraduates enrolled in 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group used conventional instruction methods.The experimental group used virtual simulation experiment project,combined with CBCL blended instruction method.The examination was carried out by unified proposition,unified test paper and unified time.Assessors of the students were blinded regarding whether the students were in the control group or the experiment group.The learning outcomes were measured on questionnaire survey and expert group evaluation;measurement data between the two groups were compared and was statistically analyzed.Results The comprehensive examination scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group had significantly improved their satisfaction with blended instruction method,practical operation and hands-on ability,communication and expression ability,teamwork ability,clinical thinking ability and mastery of professional theoretical knowledge.The expert group’s comprehensive evaluation of the teaching process shows that the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in practical operation and hands-on ability,classroom interaction effect,logical structure display of knowledge,communication and expression ability,team cooperation ability and humanistic quality.Conclusion The reported virtual simulation experiment project combined with the CBCL instruction method is helpful for students to learn the theoretical and practical knowledge of medical morphology experiment,and improves the students’innovation ability,hands-on practice ability and clinical thinking ability.
