摘 要:作为高校设置的专业,如何培养出更适应社会的专业人才,如何满足21世纪对高素质中医药专业人才培养的需要,是个重大课题。文章将从山东中医药大学小儿推拿学课程历经发展的过程中,对课程的设置、课时安排及规划、教材选择、主辅教师搭配与教学师资培养、老中青三代教师的教学经验与体会等方面进行阐述与探讨,以期为课程建设提供思路。As a curriculum set in higher educational institution,it is a very important issue to figure out methods cultivating professional talents with social adaptability,meanwhile fulfilling the needs to have Chinese medicine professionals well-trained in this 21st century.This article is an overview of the curriculum development process of pediatric tuina subject in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Discussions are done from the aspects of program settings,planning of lesson hours,choices of teaching materials,collocation and training of teachers,and also teaching experiences of the old,the middle-aged and the young teachers.These contents would be able to provide some ideas resolving the issue of professional trainings,which was mentioned in the beginning of this paragraph.
