摘  要:现行规范中动稳定度标准与交通荷载和路面结构无关,这与实际状况不符。为了解决这一问题,首先选取AC-13、AC-20这2种沥青混合料为研究对象,进行45℃、50℃、60℃共3种温度下的车辙试验,采用有限元验算的方法确定了一套基于车辙试验数据获取Burgers模型黏弹性参数的方法并推导出Burgers模型黏弹性参数同动稳定度的转换关系,开发了一种动稳定度用于结构分析的方法;然后,在此基础上,针对不同的路面结构,分别研究了动稳定度、温度、荷载压力、轴载次数、车速、面层厚度对车辙深度的影响并构建基于动稳定度的车辙预估模型;最后,通过控制车辙深度的方法反算合适的动稳定度值。研究结果表明:基于车辙试验数据推导黏弹性参数的方法切实可行,经过处理后应用有限元模拟分析,动稳定度和车辙深度的计算误差分别不超过5%和2%;提出的动稳定度与黏弹性参数之间的转换方法合理,预估动稳定度同实测值误差不大于10%;动稳定度、温度、荷载压力、轴载次数、车速、面层厚度对车辙深度均有不同程度的影响,且预估模型拟合精度较高。The dynamic stability standard in the current code has nothing to do with traffic load and pavement structure,which is inconsistent with the actual situation.In order to solve this problem,firstly,AC-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures were selected as the research objects,and rutting tests were carried out at 45℃、50℃and 60℃.A set of methods to obtain the viscoelastic parameters of Burgers model based on rutting test data were determined by finite element checking,and the conversion relationship between the viscoelastic parameters of Burgers model and dynamic stability was deduced,and a method of dynamic stability for structural analysis was developed.Then,on this basis,according to different pavement structures,the influences of dynamic stability,temperature,load pressure,axle load times,vehicle speed and pavement thickness on rut depth are studied respectively,and a rut prediction model based on dynamic stability is constructed.Finally,the appropriate dynamic stability is calculated by controlling the rut depth.The results show that the method of deriving viscoelastic parameters based on rutting test data is feasible,and the calculation errors of dynamic stability and rutting depth are less than 5%and 2%respectively by finite element simulation analysis after processing.The conversion method between dynamic stability and viscoelastic parameters proposed in this paper is reasonable,and the error between the predicted dynamic stability and the measured value is less than 10%.Stability,temperature,load pressure,axle load times,vehicle speed and surface thickness all have different influences on rut depth,and the fitting accuracy of the prediction model is high.
