摘 要:随着经济全球化的深化,在我国一带一路开放包容的合作倡议下,国际贸易沟通愈加频繁,成功的商函能够带来经济效益和现实价值。因此,能否实现购买双方的有效沟通至关重要。外贸函电作为贯穿整个业务流程的主要交流方式,终极目标是促进贸易双方的有效沟通,实现双方企业的合作共赢。本文通过阐述外贸函电的商务沟通本质可以得知,有效的外贸函电在于贸易双方的相互尊重,坚持坦诚积极的沟通态度。具体表现在函电写作时明确个人沟通目标与了解对方需求,建立与维持个人的可信度,采用简洁易懂的英语,传递友好自然的态度,以实现高效沟通。With the deepening of economic globalization,under the open and inclusive cooperation initiative of my country's Belt and Road Initiative,international trade communication has become more and more frequent,and successful business letters can bring economic benefits and practical value.Therefore,it is very important to realize effective communication between buyers and sellers.As the main communication method throughout the entire business process,foreign trade correspondence,the ultimate goal is to promote effective communication between the two sides of the trade and achieve win-win cooperation between the two companies.By expounding the nature of business communication in foreign trade correspondence,this paper can see that effective foreign trade correspondence lies in mutual respect between the two sides of the trade and adherence to a frank and positive communication attitude.It is manifested in clear personal communication goals and understanding of each other's needs when writing letters and telegrams,establishing and maintaining personal credibility,using concise and easy-to-understand English,and conveying a friendly and natural attitude to achieve efficient communication.
