摘  要:智能制造是制造领域的最新发展方向,它是一种由智能机器和人类专家共同组成的人机一体化智能系统,具备感知、决策、执行、学习、互联等特征,是先进制造技术、信息技术和人工智能技术的集成和深度融合,其中新型传感技术是实现智能的基础。新型传感技术为产品进化设计、制造工艺优化、产品质量和装备运行状态监测及装备预测性维护等提供可靠的数据来源,在智能制造中具有基础性的重要地位。回顾光纤传感这一新型传感技术局在离散制造、流程制造、重大和高端装备中的应用现状,分析光纤传感技术的特点和在制造领域的优势、光纤传感对推动智能制造的作用,以及光纤光栅传感技术和数字孪生的关系等。在此基础上,重点提出光纤传感技术在制造领域应用中存在的一系列科学问题以及光纤传感的应用原则,指出光纤传感技术将朝着标准化、智能化、网络化等方向发展,同时指出,在今后相当一段时间,光纤传感基础器件研究、面向极端制造环境和高端装备的应用研究以及精准化、微小型化、集成化和CPS融合等的研究乃是光纤传感技术在制造领域研究的主流。Intelligent manufacturing(IM) is the latest trend of manufacturing field,and it is an intelligent system integrating intelligent machines and human experts.It has the characteristics of perception,decision-making,execution,learning,and interconnection,and is the integration and deep fusion of advanced manufacturing technology,information technology and artificial intelligence technology,in which new sensing technology is the basis for realizing intelligence.New sensing technology provides reliable data for evolutionary design of products,manufacturing process optimization,product quality and equipment operation status monitoring,and predictive maintenance of equipment,and thus has a fundamental position in IM.The applications of the new type optical fibre sensing in discrete manufacturing,flow manufacturing,and major and high-end equipment are reviewed.The characteristics and advantages of optical fibre sensing technology in manufacturing,the role optical fibre sensing in promoting IM,and the relationship between optical fibre sensing and digital twins are analyzed.Based on this,a series of scientific problems and the application guidelines of optical fibre sensing technology in manufacturing are put forward,and the trend that optical fibre sensing technology will develop towards standardization,intelligence,and networking is pointed out.Moreover,it is pointed out that for a long time,researches on basic optical fibre sensing devices,application research for extreme manufacturing environments and high-end equipment,as well as precision,miniaturization,and integration as a CPS are the mainstream of research on optical fibre sensing technology in manufacturing.
