摘 要:目的了解深圳市市售水产品中镉、铅、汞和砷4种重金属元素污染状况,为其限量标准制定和风险评估提供依据。方法2018—2020年在深圳市大中型超市和市场抽取733份水产品,使用碰撞池-电感耦合等离子质谱技术同时测定多种重金属元素,并分析检出率、超标率和元素含量浓度。结果733份水产品中,镉的总超标率为8.87%,双壳类水产品的镉超标最为严重(19.82%);铅总超标率为3.55%,甲壳类水产品的铅超标最为严重(7.58%);总汞检测结果均未超过甲基汞的限量值;有151份水产品的总砷检测结果超过了无机砷的限量标准。结论深圳市市售水产品存在一定程度重金属污染,应加强监管并采取控制措施。Objective To study the status of 4 kinds of heavy metal(Cd,Pb,Hg,As)contamination in aquatic products sold in Shenzhen,and to formulate the relative limit standards and risk assessments.Methods Totally 733 aquatic product samples from supermarkets and farmer′s markets were collected in Shenzhen during 2018 to 2020.The heavy metals elements were detected by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and the detected rates,over limit rates and the contents of the elements were analyzed.Results A total of 733 samples were tested.The total exceeding standard rate of Cd was 8.87%,and the Cd exceeding rate of bivalve aquatic products was the most serious(21.57%).The total exceeding standard rate of Pb was 3.55%and crustaceans exceeded the standard most seriously(7.58%).The total mercury results didn’t exceed the limit value.The total arsenic content of 151 aquatic products exceeded the limit of inorganic arsenic.Conclusions There is a certain degree contamination of heavy metal in the aquatic products sold in Shenzhen,so it is necessary to strengthen supervision and take control measures.
