河图医学理论体系的构建

摘　　要：河图医学是依据阴阳二分和河图图式而建立的一种自然环境的四时、四方与人体五脏之间相通应的医学理论体系。主要包括:(1)四时五脏阴阳理论及五脏精气阴阳理论体系;(2)脏气升降运动体系;(3)四象体质理论体系;(4)药物的四气五味和四时用药理论;(5)药物的气味厚薄及四时应用理论;(6)四象二旦方调四脏体系。以此理论体系为指导,可调养五脏精气神及偏颇体质,治疗与五脏相关的内伤性及外感性疾病。Hetu medicine is a medical theoretical system based on the dichotomy of yin-yang and Hetu schema,which is connected between the four seasons and four directions of the natural environment and the five internal organs of the human body. The theoretical system of Hetu medicine mainly includes:(1)Theoretical system of yin-yang theory of four seasons and five internal organs and yin-yang theory of essence-qi of five internal organs;(2)Ascending and descending of the functional activities of qi in internal organs;(3)Theoretical system of four-xiang body constitution;(4)Property and flavor of traditional Chinese medicine and its application theory according to four seasons;(5)The differences in property and flavor of traditional Chinese medicine and its application theory according to four seasons;(6) Formula of “four-xiang two-dan” conditioning internal organs of human body. Guided by this theoretical system,the essence,qi and spirit of five internal organs and the biased constitution can be adjusted,and the internal and external diseases related to five internal organs can be treated.
